Puakai the Vaporeon

We're catching up. Hooray!

I would like to introduce Puakai. He is my first Vaporeon in a while (I think since December). He will be heading home with Willow the Wisp, since his commissioner purchased him while she was waiting on this little guy. Puakai is 18 inches long and 8 inches tall. He is the first Vaporeon to be done in this new "derp" style that everyone is suddenly crazy about.
